Total Extreme Budo Academy (TEBA) was started in March ,2017 by Sensei Thushara Ratnayake.

With over 30 years of experience in the field of martial arts and a 4th Dan Black belt in Karate (Japan) ,3rd Degree Black Belt In Krav Maga (Avi Narida Academy Israel and KAPAP Krav Maga Korea ), Blue Belt In Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu ( UnderAvi Nardia BJJ Academy and John Machado BJJ Academy ) and International KAPAP Level 01 Instructor under KAPAP Federation Israel . he had a dream of creating a place to impart all he had learned over the years and also introduce the philosophies behind these amazing disciplines.

TEBA is a fully equipped Martial art training studio catering to Karate, KAPAP Krav Maga, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu , Muaythai Kickboxing and Functional Training located in Katubedda , Colombo , Sri Lanka .

Great emphasis is placed on safety in all programs and every class is guaranteed to be educational and fun.

Irrespective of age, gender or physical fitness level- martial arts is a great form of exercise that not only has physical benefits but also provides mental strength.
